20 years ago, ENERGAS completed its first project to supply process equipment for gas treatment
30 October 2025
In October 2005, two booster compressor units (BCU) were put into operation at the site of the gas turbine power plant GT CHPP Luch (Belgorod). Block-modular BCUs provide designed parameters of gas fuel in terms of pressure, temperature and flow rate for supply into GE turbines of LM2500+DLE НSPT type.
The Belgorod project initiated full-scale introduction of ENERGAS equipment at various facilities from Kaliningrad to Sakhalin. Our process units function at the Far East, Siberia and the Far North, in the southern and central regions of the country, in Moscow and St. Petersburg, as well as outside the Russia – in the republics of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
To date, the company has supplied more than 330 modular units for gas treatment and compression. The range of their unit capacity is from 270 to 185,000 cubic meters per hour. The total capacity of this equipment exceeds 5 million m3 / h.
ENERGAS gas treatment stations and gas compressor stations are operated at the large power plants, small energy facilities, autonomous power supply complexes for industrial enterprises, gas gathering and transportation facilities, auxiliary power supply complexes of fields, oil and gas processing enterprises, as well as at special-purpose facilities – test benches for gas turbines and technical training centers.

The working medium is different types of gas: natural, associated, low-pressure petroleum gas, off-gas, boil-off gas, cenomanian water gas, air, condensate de-ethanization gas.
ENERGAS units are devised according to individual designs and are manufactured considering the operating conditions, composition, quality and characteristics of the source gas, type and capacity of conjugated gas-consuming gensets, general projected tasks and special customer requirements.
