The equipment is designed to treat natural gas to the specified design parameters and to supply fuel to gas reciprocating drives of process compressor units.

The fuel gas treatment station (FGTS) is a multifunctional complex with a maximum capacity of 3,900 Nm3 / h. The purpose of the ENERGAS FGTS is filtration, heating, pressure reduction and stabilization, and quality control of gas.



Main components of the FGTS are:

- Gas purification system with coalescing filters. The efficiency is 99.9% for solid particles larger than 10 microns and 100% for liquid fractions. The impurity content in the gas at the outlet of the FGTS does not exceed 1 mg / m3.

- Gas heating module, based on explosion-proof electric heaters with an intermediate heat carrier. The module is equipped with a smooth regulation system and a heating interlock.

- Pressure reduction unit (three lines) for reducing the pressure of incoming gas to the required designed level of 0.3…0.6 MPa.

- Outlet subassembly for monitoring fuel gas parameters, equipped with measuring and analytical instrumentation.

- Automated control system, located in its own enclosure (block-box). The FGTS control system is implemented on the basis of microprocessor technology using modern software, switching equipment, channels and protocols of communication.



The fuel gas treatment station has been specifically designed for operation in desert conditions and dust storms, taking into account a wide ambient temperature range (-30…+60°C). The ENERGAS FGTS was delivered to the operating site with a high degree of factory readiness and full integration of all assemblies and components on a single frame.
