At the production site of the ENERGAS Group of Companies, the manufacture of a fuel gas treatment facility (FGTF) is being completed for operation as part of the autonomous power supply complex for the Kharasavey field of PJSC Gazprom.FGTF is a multifunctional complex of two modules operating in cascade scheme. Fuel gas treatment module No. 1 (FGTM-1) is intended for preliminary separation, filtration and pressure reduction of the incoming gas. Then the fuel enters to FGTM-2, where the its final purification, flow measurement, heating and additional pressure reduction take place.
Process flow scheme of FGTM-2 includes a packaged boiler room (PBR) with a total useful thermal capacity of 0.6 MW. Integrated PBR prepares intermediate heat carrier for gas heating subassembly and consists of 2 water-heating boilers – working and standby. In addition to the main function, this equipment will provide the own needs of the module No. 2 – the generated heat will be used to heating its premises.
The boiler room is placed in a separate compartment docked with the main enclosure of the FGTM-2. It is equipped with engineering systems and its own gas supply (fuel treatment) unit with equipment for filtering, pressure reducing and metering of gas.
The operation of the boiler room is fully automated, boilers automation and common local control system of PBR are integrated with the ACS of FGTF.
