Since 2013 at the proving ground of Proton-Perm Motors PJSC operates a multi-purpose adaptive test bench for gas turbine units with a capacity of up to 40 MW. Tests of the GTU of various modifications are carried out here in the interests of the various design offices, pilot plants and factories, specializing in the manufacture of gas turbine and gas pumping units.



Providing tests with fuel gas with required parameters on purity, temperature and pressure performed by booster compressor station, which was supplied and commissioned by the company ENERGAS. BCS compresses gas to a discharge pressure in the range of 1.6...4.5 MPa and supplies fuel to the turbines of GTU in the volume of 2,500 to 11,000 m3 per hour.

On the results of nearly 3 years operation of the test bench, the Proton-PM PJSC sent thank-you letter to the ENERGAS, in which there is noted the reliability of the compressor station, sustainable providing of parameters of the fuel gas, supplied to testable GTU, in accordance with the standards of gas turbines operation.

In the letter there is also noted high professionalism of ENERGAS specialists, accurate and timely fulfillment of the contract terms during manufacturing, supply of BCS, carrying out erection supervision and start-up works. There is also expressed appreciation for the rapid response of service department to emergency situations – both warranty and post-warranty period.



REFERENCE. Process equipment of comprehensive gas treatment and compression of the company ENERGAS is widely used in the Russian Federation at various facilities of oil and gas industry and electric power industry, including special purpose facilities – test benches for gas turbine units and gas pumping units of the leading power engineering enterprises.

Since 2007 ENERGAS supplied and commissioned 230 BCS and fuel gas treatment units. In power sector they operate at 58 generating facilities with total capacity of over 4,000 MW; in the oil and gas industry – they treat associated petroleum gas at 37 fields. At present, the company has 114 projects.

ENERGAS gas treatment units operate in conjunction with various types of gas-using equipment: gas reciprocating units, gas pumping units, boiler rooms. A special practice has been developed during the joint use with gas turbine equipment of leading domestic and world manufacturers: UEC-Gas Turbines and UEC-Saturn, UEC-Perm Motors and UEC-Aviadvigatel, Kazan and Ufa Motor-Building Production Associations, Nevsky Zavod, Russian Gas Turbines, Power Machines, Alstom, Turbomach, Centrax, Solar, Pratt & Whitney, Rolls-Royce, Kawasaki, Wartsila, Siemens, General Electric.
