The GTU-CHPP was put into operation in September 2018. This is the first large power facility built in the last 52 years in the Vladivostok. Installed electric capacity of power plant is 139.5 MW; thermal capacity is 432 Gcal / h. The main generating equipment comprises three LM6000 PF DLE Sprint gas-turbine units (GE), waste-heat boilers and peak water-heating boilers.

The fuel supply for power generating units of the Vostochnaya CHPP is implemented by the ENERGAS gas treatment system located at the site of gas facilities. It ensures the necessary quality of gas in accordance with the design parameters for purity, temperature, pressure and flow rate. The main elements of system are a block-type gas treatment station (BGTS), a booster compressor station (BCS) and a fleet of gas receivers.



Comprehensive maintenance of this equipment is performed by the engineers of ServicENERGAS belonging to the ENERGAS Group. Routine works are carried out under a long-term contract – according to the schedule agreed with the customer. In addition, ServicENERGAS supplies a complete set of consumables.

The next maintenance (according to the regulation-8000) took place here in June. The block-type gas treatment station underwent maintenance.



The following activities were conducted as planned:

- Change of filtering elements of separation system;
- Diagnosis of automated control system;
- Adjustment and calibration of position sensors and positioning of valves and hydraulic controllers;
- Functional tests of the all utility systems;
- Verification of operational parameters of the BGTU and their adjustment;
- Troubleshooting, drafting recommendations on components replacement.

Since its launch, the entire ENERGAS gas treatment system has worked about 30,000 hours.
