ServicENERGAS company (ENERGAS Group) engineers carried out comprehensive maintenance of the booster compressor units (BCU) at the site of the gas turbine power plant (GTPP) of the Kondinskoye field.



These BCUs provide the treatment (final purification and compression) of associated petroleum gas and supply of fuel to the GTPP turbines. At the time of servicing, the units had accumulated 28,000 operating hours. Under the 4,000-hour maintenance schedule, the following service activities were performed:

- Replacement of consumables (gas and oil filters, oil in the bearings of the motors);
- Check the alignment of rotating units (compressors and motors);
- Gaps measure and checking the status of the internal components of the compressors;
- Adjustment and calibration of position sensors and positioning of valves and hydraulic controllers;
- Functional tests of the oil system and cooling system of the compressor units;
- Verification of operational parameters of the CU and their adjustment;
- Troubleshooting, drafting recommendations on components replacement.

Following the completion of the work, the customer (JSC NK Kondaneft) sent a letter of appreciation to ServicENERGAS LLC, noting the timely delivery of consumables, the high qualification of the specialists, the quality of the work performed, and the proper level of cooperation.

REFERENCE:

The Kondinskoye oil field, discovered in 1997, is located in the Khanty-Mansi and Kondinsky regions of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area, within the boundaries of the namesake license area. The field was commissioned in November 2017.

The gas turbine power plant consists of six Ural-6000 power units (JSC UEC-Aviadvigatel) with a capacity of 6 MW each. The total installed electric capacity of the GTPP is 36 MW. The simple-cycle power plant operates on associated petroleum gas and fully meets the electricity needs of the Kondinskoye field.
