Booster compressor station of the ENERGAS Company is commissioned at Vatyegan field

At GTPP-72 of the Vatyegan field (LUKOIL-West Siberia) there is completed commissioning of the booster compressor station of hangar type. Four Enerproject compressor units of type EGS-S-400/1750WA are commissioned.
The units are designed to treatment (purification and compress) associated petroleum gas and feed it to GTPP turbines. The capacity of each BCU is 12 800 m3 / h, gas inlet pressure is 0.15 MPa, the output pressure is 2.7 MPa.
Delivery of booster compressor equipment to the facility, erection supervision and the entire complex of pre-start operations were carried out by ENERGAS specialists. They will also provide maintenance of the BCU during operation.
The gas turbine power plant of the Vatyegan field is the largest auxiliaries power plant of the company LUKOIL and is located in the Kogalym area of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area.
GTPP consists of six power units EGES-12S-01/02 (CJSC Iskra-Energetika) on the basis of gas turbines GTU-12PG-2 produced by OJSC Aviadvigatel with a capacity of 12 MW each. The total electrical capacity of the plant is 72 MW.
REFERENCE. The large Vatyegan oil field is located in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area 140 km north-east of Surgut and 30 km east of Kogalym. Opened in 1971, its name was given by the name of the river Vatyegan. The development began in 1983. The development is led by the territorial industrial enterprise "Povkhneftegaz" of LUKOIL-West Siberia.
