Vacuum compressor station of ENERGAS has been delivered to the BPS-2 of Yarainer field of the OJSC Gazpromneft-Noyabrskneftegaz

A number of facilities of the company "Gazpromneft-Noyabrskneftegaz" is equipped with vacuum compressor stations (VCS) of screw type of the company ENERGAS. VCS with capacity of 1500…4000 m3 / h are designed for compressing of low pressure (0.001 MPa) associated gas. Compressed APG is injected into the gas transportation system under the pressure 0.7 MPa.
The project is implemented on the basis of special engineering solutions. In particular, VCS is equipped with system of quick-acting valves, which allows you to "cut off" intake pipeline from the trunk pipeline and to prevent release of oil from the oil system into inlet filter-scrubber.
Also the problem of condensate is solved. At operation with low-pressure or sour APG gas compressed tends to moisture condensation, which is dissolved in the oil and cancels its properties. To prevent this, compression process is carried out at elevated temperatures, and in the oil system there is used more viscous oil.
Gas filtration system has been upgraded. Inlet two-stage filter-scrubber is equipped with automatic drainage system and condensate pumpout pump.
VCS are designed to meet the harsh climatic conditions and are placed in block-boxes, which are equipped with life support systems (heating, ventilation and lighting) and safety systems (fire detection and fire fighting, gas detection). Stations will operate in automatic mode.
Currently, vacuum compressor station for booster pump station No.2 (BPS-2) of Yarainer field was delivered to the facility. Supply of equipment has been performed by the company ENERGAS. Project completed.
REFERENCE. The company "Gazpromneft-Noyabrskneftegaz" is a subsidiary of OJSC "Gazprom Neft". It produces oil and gas at 13 fields in Yamal-Nenets and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area. The main fields on the Yamal Peninsula are: Vyngapur, Sporyshevskoye, Holmistoye, Chatylkinskoye. In the future plans of the company there is development of Ravninnoye, Valyntoyskoye, Severo-Romanovskoye fields.
