The equipment is designed for the comprehensive treatment of natural gas before its transportation to the consumers.

Gas-control station (GCS) is a gas treatment facility and consists of several block-modules with equipment for various purposes, docked into a single building. ENERGAS GCS is used for filtration, pressure reduction and stabilization, odorizing, flow measuring and quality control of gas.



The maximum throughput of the facility is 100,000 m3 / h. GCS will provide consumers in the city of Zainsk and the Zainsk area of Tatarstan with gas with a pressure of 0.3 MPa and 0.6 MPa, respectively.

The main elements of multifunctional process complex:

- Gas purification system with coalescing filters. The efficiency is 99.9% for impurities larger than 10 microns.

- Two pressure reduction unit for reducing gas pressure to the required designed level of 0.3 MPa and 0.6 MPa.

- Odorizing module intended to impart a specific odor to natural gas. The module comprises a tank for odorant storage with a volume of 2.4 m3 and an automatic odorizing unit.

- Two commercial metering assemblies (for gas of 0.3 MPa and 0.6 MPa) with ultrasonic flow meters. Data is transmitted from the calculators to the energy resource accounting system. The error of the assemblies is no more than 0.8%.

- Outlet gas quality control unit with measuring and analytical equipment.



ENERGAS gas-control station is fully automated. The control system is made based on microprocessor technology, using modern software, switching equipment, channels and protocols of communication.

GCS is equipped with necessary engineering systems, including life support systems (heating, ventilation and air conditioning, lighting) and safety systems (fire detection, gas detection, alarm, fire extinguishing).
