Pyakyakha oil and gas condensate field of the LUKOIL-West Siberia LLC has been equipped with compressor station (CS) for gathering and transportation of associated petroleum gas. As a part of CS, there will be operate nine compressor units (CU) of various types and purposes, which were supplied by the company ENERGAS.Three of these CU (of reciprocating type) are designed for compressing APG, which comes from various facilities of the field, for subsequent transportation. Compressed gas is pumped into the pipeline to the complex gas treatment plant under pressure of 11 MPa.

These compressor units are created on basis of reciprocating four-row single-stage compressors with gas reciprocating drives.
Gas aftertreatment at the inlet of each compressor is conducted by the high-performance coalescing separator. At the gas outlet pipelines there are located fine purification filters.
CUs will operate in automatic mode (always two, the third – in the hot-standby). In accordance with the project they are placed in a separate permanent housing which is equipped with life support systems and safety systems.

Unit capacity of CU is 34,240 m3 / h. Each unit is additionally equipped with metering station with flow meter for measurement of associated gas flow.
At the operation site, the 72-hour comprehensive tests of CU took place. There has been checked the operability of process, compressor and electrical equipment and automated control systems.
In the course of testing, the units worked out in a routine mode, flawlessly. According to the results of verification, CUs have been commissioned.

The whole set of pre-operational works was performed by the engineers of ServicENERGAS LLC (part of ENERGAS Group).
REFERENCE. Development of Pyakyakha field is the second project for the production of hydrocarbons, which LUKOIL-West Siberia has implemented in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area. The company started commercial production of gas in YNAA in 2005, when Nakhodkinskoye field was put into operation.
Pyakyakha field refers to the most promising fields of Bolshekhetskaya Depression. Its reserves for the beginning of 2014 are 69.5 million tons of oil and 234.2 billion cubic meter of gas.
