At the production site of the ENERGAS Group of Companies, the production assembly of a gas-control station (GCS) for the Novolenskaya TPP was completed. ENERGAS GCS will supply fuel gas to the power plant's power generating units and the starting and heating boiler station.

Process facility consists of several modules with equipment for various purposes, docked into a single building. An exception is the inlet filtration unit, which has an outdoor design on open frame.



In addition to the filtration unit, the GCS is equipped with two multi-line pressure reduction assemblies, a process gas-metering unit with ultrasonic flow meters, and a gas quality control system with measuring and analytical equipment. The maximum throughput of the facility is 157,789 Nm3 / h.

There are planned factory tests of gas-control station with the participation of customer experts.
