For the normal operation and full working out of the resource of process equipment, timely servicing is required, as well as, if necessary, upgrade, completion, current or overhaul repairs.

In the ENERGAS Group these duties are fulfilled by the service and technical division created in 2008. Over the past 12 months, the mobile groups of specialists of ServicENERGAS LLC have carried out more than 140 trips to conduct service activities at various sites, including remote and hard-to-reach areas (the Far North, the Far East, etc.).



Currently, a new direction is being actively developed – the Program on the provision of long-term maintenance services. There was signed a number of the long-term contracts (up to 36 months) for post-warranty maintenance of gas treatment and compression units. Such contracts are concluded with regard to equipment of own production and to equipment of other manufacturers and suppliers.

So, for example, in the framework of the contract with LUKOIL-Komi LLC, the service engineers perform comprehensive maintenance on gas treatment system for the auxiliaries power supply complex of the Usinsk oil field.

The power supply complex based on GTU-CHPP was put into operation in 2016. Installed electric capacity of GTU-CHPP is 100 MW (rated – 125 MW), thermal capacity is 152.1 Gcal / h. Generating equipment comprises five GTPP-25PA gas turbine power generating unit with waste-heat boilers. The main and reserve fuel for power plant is associated gas.

The multifunctional gas treatment system of ENERGAS, which includes an associated gas treatment unit (AGTU) and booster compressor station of three units, provides the required gas parameters in terms of purity, temperature, pressure, and flow rate.



Scheduled works are carried out according to the schedule coordinated with the customer – every 4,000 hours of operating time. In addition, ServicENERGAS supplies a complete set of consumables.

In the end of April there was completed next AGTU maintenance, in the course of which there were implemented:

• Change of filtering elements of separation system;
• Diagnosis of automated control system;
• Adjustment and calibration of position sensors and positioning of valves and hydraulic controllers;
• Functional tests of the all utility systems;
• Verification of operational parameters of the AGTU and their adjustment;
• Troubleshooting, drafting recommendations on components replacement.

The similar long-term contract is valid for another one facility of LUKOIL-Komi LLC. At the Yarega oil-and-titanium field, the technical specialists of ENERGAS Group perform service activities on the gas treatment and gas supply equipment for the power supply complex "Yarega".
