Made in Switzerland - localized in the Tyumen region

This year, the natural spring is clearly delayed. But the fresh spring rush of new opportunities for economic cooperation has already swept through the streets of the capital.
February 27 at the Embassy of Switzerland in Russia, the authorized delegation of the Tyumen region held a presentation of the conditions and preferences offered for investment activities in the territory of this legendary Siberian region.
The participants of the meeting were welcomed by the Ambassador of Switzerland in Russia, Mr. Yves Rossier, who called the development of relations with the regions a priority in his work. The ambassador expressed his desire to promote the expansion of business contacts between Swiss and Russian businesses, stressing that Switzerland is not only delicious cheese and the best chocolate in the world; it is a country of advanced technologies, developed industry and high engineering culture.
The Tyumen region was represented by the employees of the regional administration. Together with representatives of the business community of the two countries, the employees of the economic department of the Embassy, including the head of the department Alberto Groff, participated in the meeting. The Swiss Business Hub Russia (SBH) was represented by its head, Lorenz Widmer.
Trustful communication placed the attention of those present to the utmost concrete speech of the Deputy Governor of the Tyumen region Vadim Shumkov.
Swiss companies are invited to localize production in the region. The most favorable investment opportunities are created here and the necessary conditions for start-ups and the development of existing projects are being built up. Persuasive arguments were voiced in the main areas of state support for various branches of the regional economy.
So, the Tyumen region is one of the richest oil and gas provinces in the world. This determines the active production and social activities in the region leading oil and gas producing companies in Russia. All of them objectively need modern high-performance and high-quality equipment.
One example of the use of Swiss technology in Russia is the activities of ENERGAS Company, a reliable supplier of comprehensive gas treatment equipment for the oil and gas industry and the power industry. For more than ten years ENERGAS has been presenting in Russia and the CIS countries the technological and production capabilities of the well-known Swiss company Enerproject SA.
Only in the Tyumen region, including the Yamal-Nenets and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Areas, 119 gas treatment and compression units of the company ENERGAS are operating or are preparing for commissioning. Aggregates are involved in 53 projects - on the territory of 33 fields.
Here, at the facilities of the largest producing companies - Rosneft, Lukoil, Surgutneftegaz, Gazprom Neft, Russneft - units of ENERGAS treat and pump over natural gas, low-pressure APG of the terminal stages of oil separation, associated gas from the first separation stages, condensate deethanization gas, gas from Cenomanian water.
This equipment, based on Swiss technologies, effectively provides for the gathering and transportation of gas, as well as gas supply to the power centers for own needs of fields.
It is these business meetings, regularly organized by the Swiss Embassy in Russia, that allow us to find the necessary mutual understanding, create professional business trust and together come out to a successful mutually beneficial result.
