Start-up and adjustment works of a fuel gas treatment facility (FGTF) ENERGAS for the autonomous power supply complex are being completed at the Barsukovskoye field of Rosneft. FGTF is a multifunctional complex which comprises: gas filtration system, condensate drainage module, commercial gas-metering unit, pressure reducing line, gas heating subassembly.

Process flow scheme of FGTF includes a packaged boiler room (PBR) with a total useful thermal capacity of 0.19 MW. Integrated PBR prepares intermediate heat carrier for gas heating subassembly and consists of 2 water-heating boilers – working and standby (for low flow rate). In addition to the main function, this equipment will provide the own needs of the FGTF – the generated heat will be used to heating its premises.



The boiler room is placed in a separate compartment docked with the main enclosure of the facility. It is equipped with engineering systems and its own fuel supply unit with devices for filtering, pressure reducing and metering of gas. The operation of the boiler room is fully automated, boilers automation and common local control system of PBR are integrated with the ACS of FGTF.

The heat generating equipment is completely ready for pre-start tests and routine operation as part of a multifunctional gas treatment complex.
