East-Urengoy licensed area of JSC "Rospan International" (part of PJSC "NK "ROSNEFT") is located in the Purovsky District of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area of the Tyumen Region. As part of the full-scale development of the field, there is implemented the construction of the Complex Gas and Condensate Treatment Plant (CGCTP).
The designed capacity of the facility in terms of the volume of natural gas treatment will be 16.7 billion cubic meters of dried gas per year, up to 4.5 million tons of stable gas condensate, as well as over 1 million tons of propane-butane fraction. With the launch of the East-Urengoy area, the annual volume of gas production of "Rospan International" will increase almost 5 times and reach a level of over 19 billion cubic meters.
When implementing the project, the company uses the latest technologies, including those that reduce the impact on the environment. In particular, the CGCTP created provides for a unit for the purification and regeneration of the water-methanol mixture. The equipment will allow purify and secondary use methanol, used for process needs.
A related infrastructure is being built: a raw water intake facility, a storage tanks for propane-butane of technical and stable gas condensate, a fire station and an administrative and residential complex.
Also here, gas turbine power plant of own needs is being built. The 105 MW GTPP will provide electricity for the facilities of production, processing and transportation of oil, gas and gas condensate at the East-Urengoy licensed area. The new station consists of seven gas turbine units Titan 130 (Solar) with rated capacity of 15 MW each.

The CGCTP site will also have a boiler house, a low-temperature separation unit, a low-pressure gas compressor station, a condensate stabilizer unit, a flare unit and other main and auxiliary facilities.
CGCTP is equipped with the multiblock fuel gas treatment facility of ENERGAS. The FGTF includes 8 units for various purposes, combined into two modules - the main (FGTM-1) and standby (FGTM-2). The facility will filter, metering, heat, reduce gas and will provide fuel for gas turbine power plant as well as for 100% of CGCTP consumers.
