One of the priority tasks of LUKOIL-Western Siberia LLC is the development of fields of Bolshekhetskaya Depression which is a prospective area with proven oil and gas content.

At the same time there is solved a problem of associated petroleum gas. For efficient use of low pressure APG, the transport system of liquid hydrocarbons has been equipped with the compressor station (CS).



The CS is located at the site of AP (acceptance point) and is intended to compress APG which is supplied from the terminal separation unit for subsequent injection into the transport pipeline under pressure of 0.6 MPa.

Compressor station, which was supplied by the company ENERGAS, is a packaged unit with maximum integration of the all assemblies and components on a single frame. The equipment is designed to accommodate the wide ambient temperature range (-60…+32°С); it is equipped with life support systems and safety systems.

CS operates in automatic mode. Automated control system (ACS) is placed inside CS – in a compartment separated from the engine room by fire-resistant gas-tight flow deflector.

To measure compressed APG amount, station is additionally equipped with gas metering unit with flow meter. Capacity of CS is regulated in the range of 230 ... 900 m3 / h. Specified life (lifetime) is 30 years.



The pre-starting stage has been completed through individual tests and 72-hour comprehensive testing of CS as a part of facility. There was checked the operability of process, compressor, measuring and electrical equipment and ACS.

In the course of test run the CS worked out in a routine mode, flawlessly. The unit has been commissioned. All the works on preparation for operation and commissioning of compressor station were performed by the specialists of companies group ENERGAS.
